Our concierge search services are charged out at an hourly rate of AUD$150ph plus GST.
After initial consultation and submission of a search brief, an estimation of the total cost will be communicated to the client and agreed upon before proceeding. This will naturally vary depending on the scope, difficulty and complexity of each search assignment.
Failing to identify the right partner, of course, could very well cost you a lot more, so consider any fee a form of risk minimisation insurance.
OUR SHORTLISTING PROCESS
Firstly we request you submit an introductory high level project brief online which upon receipt is followed up with a call from one of our concierge search experts to further understand and validate your marketing search needs.
Following initial briefing with you we then provide a quotation of the search fee applicable and once accepted proceed to set a selection criteria for a preliminary long-list of six potential ‘Best Fit’ providers.
The ‘Best Fit’ selection process we apply encompasses us undertaking a rigorous evaluation of each potential provider and rating them against our own proprietary 20 point check selection criteria.
Following confidential distribution of the initial project brief to our long list providers we then follow through and discuss with their respective account project managers their preliminary response and levels of interest with the objective of further qualifying down to a shortlist of 3 providers, who are then requested to submit their preliminary proposal and costings.
The shortlisted proposals are then forwarded to the requesting client contact and further to discussion with ourselves a determination is made by the client as to any further steps they wish to take before final selection and appointment for provider to proceed.
Before settling on any final selection we always recommend a personal visit to at least two of the shortlisted provider offices , to enable you to test and further validate in person their cultural and communication fit with your business team.
HOW LONG DOES A SEARCH TAKE?
Naturally it is dependent upon breath of assignment and timeliness of supporting information being made available by clients. Basic provider search requests are generally completed within 5 working days from instruction with more involved and detailed searches between 20 to 30 working days as a guide.
