SHORTLISTING PROCESS

Firstly we request you submit an introductory high-level project brief online which upon receipt is followed up with a call from one of our search brokers to further understand and validate your marketing broking search needs.

Following an initial briefing with you, we confirm whether or not the nature and scope of assignment warrants any additional service costs to you as a member client and then upon agreement proceed to set selection criteria for a preliminary long-list of six potential ‘Best Fit’ providers.

The shortlisted proposals are then forwarded to the requesting client contact and further to discussion with ourselves a determination is made by the client as to any further steps they wish to take before final selection and appointment for the provider to proceed.

Before settling on any final selection we always recommend a personal visit to at least two of the shortlisted provider offices, to enable you to test and further validate in person their cultural and communication fit with your business team.

BROKING SEARCH SERVICES COST?

Basic broking services – for registered business members are generally provided freely , however only undertaken after completion and submission of an initial brief .

Request for more involved and complex marketing broking services such as preparation of briefs, requests for proposals, or attendance in final shortlisting evaluations may incur additional fees.  Any additional fee to be charged would be confirmed at the time of inquiry.

All member requests for broking searches require submission of an initial search brief as displayed in the lower section of this page.

Failing to identify the right partner of course could very well cost you a lot more, so consider any fee a form of risk minimisation insurance.

HOW LONG DOES
A SEARCH TAKE

Naturally, it is dependent upon the breath of assignment and timeliness of supporting information being made available by clients.

Basic provider search requests are generally completed within 5 to 10 working days from instruction with more involved and detailed searches between 10 to 30 working days as a guide.
