Marketing Search does not openly advertise positions and sources candidates exclusively from the passive market.
Our sourcing service is provided on a non-exclusive contingent risk-free basis.
After undertaking an initial briefing from our registered candidates, we assess their competencies, skills, experience and qualifications to determine whether they’re suitable for our talent pool. We then reach out to registered employers to match the candidates work preferences and career objectives to the potential employer’s value proposition and job requirements.
As a sourcing agent, we search and pre-qualify the best candidates for your organisation, then leave the rest of the recruitment process with you. This allows a fluid and fast on-boarding process necessary for today’s best talent and is more cost-effective than the traditional recruitment process.
Our terms of engagement are on a risk-free contingent basis and as such only payable on successful placement of candidates.
We offer our talent sourcing service on a contingent and flat % fee basis, which means we only invoice a placement fee if a candidate we put forward and alerted employers to successfully on-boards and is employed within twelve months of the initial notification.
Marketing Search’s contingent risk free, fee for successful on-boarding of permanent or PPT staff is 7% of a candidates total remuneration package (base salary+super) excluding any bonus component + GST for registered members.
Payment of our invoice is due 7 days from the employee’s start date.
For registered business members, a three-month replacement guarantee is provided from the start date in instances where the candidate leaves for any reason other than redundancy by the employer. This is a credit refund, not a cash refund that commits us to restart the sourcing process to successfully find a suitable replacement employee.
Our capabilities are centred on sourcing middle to senior permanent and permanent part-time Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Media, Communications and Customer Experience professionals working in both client-side and agency based businesses across Australia.
Marketing Search sources the majority of its candidates from its own candidate pool, who are a collective of professionals that prefer a more discreet and strategic approach towards finding their ideal employer job opportunity over traditional recruitment practices.
Most of our candidates are passive and selective in their job search activities and as such unlikely to respond to traditional advertisements on job boards.
In addition, Marketing Search registered employers can engage us to undertake direct headhunting of talent they have identified. The terms of engagement will generally involve a small deposit retained fee, which will only be credited back in full if the targeted individual is subsequently successfully onboarded.
